Automatic pill dispenser for chronic-disease patients. Owned the AI: a YOLO pill-identification model and a behavior-based ingestion-verification pipeline (FaceMesh + hand + cup tracking driven by a state machine), both optimized for on-device Raspberry Pi inference. 만성질환자를 위한 자동 알약 디스펜서. AI 파트를 담당해 YOLO 기반 알약 인식 모델과 행동 시퀀스 기반 복용 확인 파이프라인(FaceMesh·손·컵 추적을 상태 머신으로 연결)을 만들고, 라즈베리파이 온디바이스 추론에 맞춰 최적화했습니다.

Tree-based compressor reducing 12 one-bit inputs to 4-bit output using Full Adders and Half Adders. FreePDK45 technology with KLayout/ngspice. Full verification complete: DRC PASSED, hierarchical LVS PASSED. Full Adder와 Half Adder로 12개의 1비트 입력을 4비트 출력으로 압축하는 트리 구조 설계. FreePDK45 공정, KLayout/ngspice 활용. DRC PASSED, 계층적 LVS PASSED로 검증 완료.

Built hierarchical scheme clustering 100 classes into 20 superclasses with L_class + α·L_superclass. Applied two-stage retraining with class-balanced sampling and LDAM. Results: Overall Top-1 48.8% → 75.7%, Tail 36.6% → 70.3%. 100개 클래스를 20개 슈퍼클래스로 묶는 계층 구조를 설계하고 L_class + α·L_superclass 적용. 클래스 균형 샘플링과 LDAM 기반 2단계 재학습 수행. 결과: Overall Top-1 48.8% → 75.7%, Tail 36.6% → 70.3%.
